Working Students





Helmets are required of all riders under 18 years of age and for any rider using jumps.

Riders under 18 years of age are not permitted to use jumps or otherwise ride without supervision.

No more then 3 riders at a time in the arena unless it is a designated ride time that has been pre-arranged.

All gates must remained closed and properly latched to ensure the safety of the horses.

Boarders and their guests/invitees are expected to clean up after themselves; trash should be placed in proper receptacles [including dog waste]. Everyone should be aware that neat and tidy public areas add to everyone's enjoyment of the facilities.

Aisles and walkways in the barn must be kept clear and accessible; tack must be stored in appropriate storage areas.

Blankets/halters kept outside your horse's stall(s) must be clearly labeled.

Boarders are free to use the arenas, jumps and other facilities on the property however priority is given to students in lessons/horses in training.

Boarders agree to notify staff of any broken and/or damaged property including jumps.

Boarders agree to notify staff immediately if their contact information or emergency veterinary care information changes.

Trailer and vehicle parking is only allowed in designated areas.

Additional fees may be added to monthly bills for bathing, body clipping, braiding, farrier handling, grooming/tack up, pasture horse blanketing, hand walking/lunging, mane pulling, medical treatments, tack cleaning and/or veterinary handling as requested by the Boarder.

Glass containers are prohibited in the arenas and any other areas that may be accessed by horses, including feed/hay storage rooms.

Common sense should prevail, but if you are unsure about something, ask a staff member.
